Really good gear. I'm very sensible to sounds and loud, sudden sounds and these ear plugs are really good to save some hearing and mental health. I use them daily in the city cuz some days I can't stand the sounds that are so loud (passing cars, waiting for bus, inside bus, metro/tramway, ppl passing etc). You can still hear people talking to you (it does need a bit of practice to get 100% of the sentences people say to you) and just deafen the high pitches. To me there's only 2 downsides : 1. It does hurt the ear if you put them on too long, you have to take it on and off. The fact that it's silicon does help though, in my opinion it's why it's a good product.
2. I used the tiny blue metal box given with it to put the ear plugs inside because it's very useful BUT since I used it a lot the thing fell off one day without me realizing it :( so I had to order these again.
Conclusion: if you need a daily accessory to deafen sounds I really recommend it.

I wore under noise cancelling headphones to Street Outlaws race. I have a damaged eardrum on the left and my doctor wanted me to be extra cautious with extremely loud environments. The races were definitely loud, loud,loud!

My husband and I are big concert and motorcycle people. As we're getting older we realized that we need to take better care of our ears.

He has bad tinnitus due to military and concerts can leave him with hours of ear ringing. I hope that these will help with lower wind noise on the motorcycle and at concerts. I will update once I we go to our next concert!

I recently had the opportunity to perform in the chorus for Mahler's Second Symphony, and as the volume reached a peak of 115dB during rehearsal, so I ordered these earplugs. I am thrilled to say that they worked incredibly well! It was a true delight to be able to complete the concerts without experiencing any ringing in my ears.

First and foremost, I found that the two different sizes provided actually offered an added benefit. By experimenting with the sizes, I discovered that I achieved the best fit with a slightly larger earplug in my left ear and a smaller one in my right. I encourage you to try different combinations to find the perfect fit for you.

Secondly, these earplugs truly provide even reduction across the entire pitch range. The only sound that appeared relatively softer was the piccolo, which posed no problem at all. I was pleasantly surprised on multiple occasions to think, "Are these earplugs really working? Everything sounds normal!" only to remove one and notice a clear difference.

Thirdly, the connector design is fantastic (I also ordered a spare connector in black). It allowed me to discreetly remove the earplugs before singing the softer sections, effortlessly leaving them hanging around my neck without having to find a specific place to store them. This meant I could easily put them back in before the loudest section at the end. I was even able to sing the loudest parts with the earplugs in place, which was not possible with standard cheap foam earplugs.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the performance of these earplugs. They provided me with the necessary protection without compromising the quality of the music. I highly recommend them for any musician or performer who wants to preserve their hearing without sacrificing their ability to fully engage in their craft.
