Changed my sleep for the better!

These are exactly what I needed! I don’t feel them around my neck when I sleep. The earbuds are really comfortable. I don’t personally lay on them in-ear (maybe my ears are really sensitive?) but then I don’t have to worry about losing it when I take it out. It just lays next to me, and stays with me as I turn over throughout the night. When I wake up and can’t fall asleep, I can easily stick in one earbud and hit play on my podcast/meditation app without fumbling around for minutes trying to find my AirPods.

Because I’m sleeping with them, there have been a couple accidents and I’ve had to get new ones. But no fault. Just life / sleep!

If you read the reviews off their website, you will see a consistent complaint that they don't last long. They didn't. I bought them because they are one of the most comfortable blue-tooth earbuds for sleeping available. They were more comfortable than others I tired, but at $29 per item, that's $10 a month to sleep comfortably.

Updated sleep earbuds are a winner

I've ordered a few pairs, and every year they seem to get updated. Last year's model was a bit flawed due to the on/off switch, which was tricky. This year's is a lot easier. These are comfortable in your ears and the sound is good. Battery is fine. A good deal for the price.

Great headphones, fantastic customer support

I bought these earphones back in March 2023, and they worked perfectly fine for a few months. However, after a while, I encountered an issue where the battery wouldn't charge anymore. I reached out to Hearprotek's customer service to address the problem, and I must say, their response was excellent. They promptly replied to my email on the same day and were able to resolve the issue within a couple of days. They replaced my earphones, and I received the new pair just a few days after being notified about the replacement. The new style of earphones works even better than the first ones I had. I am highly satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Hearprotek.
