Updated sleep earbuds are a winner

I've ordered a few pairs, and every year they seem to get updated. Last year's model was a bit flawed due to the on/off switch, which was tricky. This year's is a lot easier. These are comfortable in your ears and the sound is good. Battery is fine. A good deal for the price.

Great headphones, fantastic customer support

I bought these earphones back in March 2023, and they worked perfectly fine for a few months. However, after a while, I encountered an issue where the battery wouldn't charge anymore. I reached out to Hearprotek's customer service to address the problem, and I must say, their response was excellent. They promptly replied to my email on the same day and were able to resolve the issue within a couple of days. They replaced my earphones, and I received the new pair just a few days after being notified about the replacement. The new style of earphones works even better than the first ones I had. I am highly satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Hearprotek.

Definitely noise canceling!

These are comfortable, and the cords seem very strong. I have another model of this brand I purchased from Amazon and I am glad to see the improvement on the thickness of the cord worth this model! The first night I slept with these I woke up in the nick of time for work, because the sound of my alarm was muzzled out for sure! No complaints because noise cancellation was exactly what I was looking for (I adjusted the volume on my alarm clock). I am sure these are going to last for a long time to come. The shipping time was not too bad considering it was international. I was happy to be able to track them through shop.com. Thank you for offering this option. I would definitely recommend these to others.
