I had high hopes for these because I used the regular/daily hearprotek earplugs for years and loved them. These sleep ones came with a small and large set. I can’t use the large set at all. The small set is very effective at blocking sound, but my ears are always sore when I wake up in the morning. The cord that connects them so you don’t lose one if it falls out is a really handy invention, and these are sturdy so that don’t really fall out. But I can’t use them long term because they make my ears so sore.

My wife snores every night. I have lost countless hours of sleep in my 15 year marriage. I recently started wearing ear plugs with the hope of actually sleeping for a full night. Well, some other ear plugs can be pretty uncomfortable. But these are really comfortable. I don't feel them at all when sleeping on my side - with my ear in the pillow.Really comfortable. Highly recommend!
I use this to help with me cope with my husband's snoring. It doesn't cancel the noise completely, but it "muffles" it. So the sounds are faint and much softer and doesn't irritate me, meaning I'll fall asleep without a problem.I have small and sensitive ear canals, so I use the smaller plugs. I still can't wear them all night as they become itchy, but I just need to get use to it. When I put them in I follow the instructions and slowly wiggle it until it feels comfortable. If I feel the painful suction feeling, I just wiggle it out a little. These earplugs are by far the best I've tried.
